What does your company look like from the customer’s perspective?
It is easy to see things from inside your own company. For a customer, however, not everything is always as clear.
Osanto steps into your customer’s shoes for a moment. We look at how your business looks and feels from the customer’s perspective: what works well, where the experience could be smoother, and where a customer might be left uncertain.
We pay particular attention to whether it is easy for customers to feel included, understand what to do, and feel welcome.
Even small things can affect the customer experience. A customer may not tell you if something feels difficult. They may simply choose not to come back.
What do we assess?
We assess your operations from the customer’s perspective. The scope of the assessment is agreed in advance, and we can look at areas such as:
- your premises and service environment
- your website and other communications
- how easy it is to find and understand information
- customer interactions
- how smooth the customer experience is
- situations where a customer may feel uncertain or left out
- small details that affect the customer experience
The assessment can be carried out on-site or remotely.
What do you get?
You get an outside perspective on your customer experience.
Together, we look at:
- what works
- where there is room for improvement
- what concrete changes could be made
We do not give your company a grade, and we do not bring complicated charts or fancy terminology.
You get clear feedback and practical suggestions that you can actually use.
Who is the assessment for?
The assessment is for companies that want to see their operations through their customers’ eyes.
It can be particularly useful when a company is renewing its operations, website or premises, wants to improve the customer experience, or simply wants to know how the company looks from an outside perspective.
